How do I book a room?

Click on the 'Book Hotel' button and confirm the event that appears( in case of multiple events are displayed ), select the arrival and departures dates and available rooms will appear.

Select a Hotel, the required number of rooms, and click on the 'book' button. When you have entered your details and confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

Click on 'My reservation', and login with the details required, you can find the details in your confirmation email.

This will open the menu to change or cancel your reservation. When you have entered your new details and confirmed your changes or cancellation, you will receive a confirmation with your booking number and revised details or cancellation.

How do I change the name of the guest(s)?

Click on 'My reservation', and login with the details required, you can find the details in your confirmation email.
This will open the menu to change or cancel your reservation. In this section you can also change the name of the guest(s).

Where can I find the Hotel's contact details?

After you have completed a booking, the address and telephone number of the Hotel are provided in your confirmation email.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After completing the steps of the booking process, and finalising your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address provided during the reservation process.

You will also be able to print your reservation when finalised.

Please also check your spam-folder as sometimes the confirmation might be in this folder.If you still cannot trace your booking please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist in retrieving your reservation.
