How do I book a room?

Click on the 'Book Hotel' button and confirm the event that appears( in case of multiple events are displayed ),

You will either be redirected to the Hotel's reservation system, or to our own system depending on the Hotel

select the arrival and departures dates and available rooms will appear.

Select a Hotel, and click on the 'book' button. When you have entered your details and confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number.issued by the Hotel, or directly by us.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

In case you made a reservation via the Hotel's reservation system all terms and conditions are stated in your confirmation e-mail.

in case of a reservation confirmed via Expohotels, click on 'My reservation', and login with the details required, you can find the details in your confirmation email.

This will open the menu to change or cancel your reservation. When you have entered your new details and confirmed your changes or cancellation, you will receive a confirmation with your booking number and revised details or cancellation.

We advise you to take well notice of the cancellation policy before cancelling or changing the arrival and/or departure date

How do I change the name of the guest(s)?

In case of having booked directly via the Hotel's reservation system, pls read all info stated in your confirmation

In case of a confirmation received directly from Expohotels, click on 'My reservation', and login with the details required, you can find the details in your confirmation email.


This will open the menu to change or cancel your reservation. In this section you can also change the name of the guest(s).

Where can I find the Hotel's contact details?

All relevant information will be stated in your confirmation once having completed your booking.

In case you can not find your confirmation e-mail please check your spam-box before contacting us or the Hotel.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After completing the steps of the booking process, and finalising your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address provided during the reservation process.

You will also be able to print your reservation when finalised.

Please also check your spam-box as sometimes the confirmation might be in this folder.If you still cannot trace your booking please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist in retrieving your reservation.
